Julie’s Love for Yoga Nidra
Julie was instantly fascinated by Yoga Nidra in 2007 during her first yoga teacher training, and in what looked like a pyjama party, with the student group lying down on the floor, cuddled up under blankets, at the end of a long day of studies.
She closed her eyes and began to listen to the guided meditation … and afterwards she felt as if she had been transported to another world, while at the same time remaining quietly and blissfully awake and aware of each step of the meditation.
“What was that?” was quickly followed by, “More, please!”
Her teachings are based on a blend of the classical, ancient wisdom from India, as well as modern day adaptation, for practical everyday use.
She is also influenced by her own personal experiences of this extraordinary meditation practice.
